Refund Policy

The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. Only the consumer can use this right. The goods are considered to be taken over by the buyer at the moment when the buyer or a person designated by him takes over all parts of the ordered goods. .

In order for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or other selected payment method within 14 days.

Late or missing returns

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company first. It may take some time for the refund to be officially sent.

Exchange of goods

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, please email us at info@moonlou.com

Upon return, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.
